Simply download and complete this Return Form [clickable PDF] and send it with your merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & handling fees for returns are not refundable.

• Products can only be returned within the first 30 days of receiving your product(s)
• Products that are returned without the return authorization form will not be refunded
• Products that have been mostly used will not be accepted for returns
