I haven’t been sick in years. No, really, it’s completely true. I do not remember the last time I got sick with the seasonal cold or flu virus, and even right now during this crazy Pandemic I’m still doing fine and staying healthy and my immune system is doing great things for me. I’m a strong believer in the benefits of natural medicines and herbal remedies. Today I wanted to just talk about the few things I do everyday to have a strong immune system and maybe you can add a few of these tips into your own life as well. Well, anyways let’s get started!
#1: Take CBD.
I know, some of you may be thinking CBD? Yes! CBD is great for supporting and boosting the immune system! It is a known “immunomodulator” helping to regulate our immune system functions and keep everything in balance and working how it is supposed to. Every morning and evening I take a few drops of full-spectrum CBD oil underneath my tongue. CBD is a miracle herbal remedy!
#2: Get outside.
This improves your overall mental and physical health. It’s truly amazing what fresh oxygen can do to your immune system keeping it strong and healthy. Whether it’s walking, jogging, biking, swimming, or hiking at a beautiful park, just get outside!
#3: Ginger, honey, and lemon water.
The original herbal remedy Grandma gave you. Ginger, honey, and lemon all have great immune boosting properties. Sometimes I like to add cinnamon for extra immune boosting properties.
#4 : Essential oils.
Whether you like to diffuse essential oils into the air or apply them topically, they can have incredible effects on our immune systems. I use our Bless Beyond Heavenly Pain salve, and rub it into my chest area every time I feel a little congested or like something is coming on. It contains an amazing and incredibly effective blend of Antiviral essential oils including ginger and rosemary.
#5 Enjoy life! This is essential for a strong immune system!
